The Rotary Club of Methuen is accepting nominations for its “Service Above Self” Award to recognize an outstanding individual who has made a significant contribution in the Methuen community and most exemplifies the Rotary ideal of "Service Above Self."  This individual must have contributed to the betterment of the community by the unselfish giving of his/her talents, time and energy to help improve the quality of life in Methuen.  This award will be presented at the Rotary Club of Methuen's Celebration of Achievement event on April 11, 2017 at 6:00pm at the Pelham Inn.  A $500 donation will be made to the award recipient's charity of choice.  All applications must be postmarked by February 15, 2017.  More information is available on the attached form.
