John Hancock Lodge:
The "Fun Field Day" (formerly known as Special Olympics):
scheduled for Friday May 17th. Please consider volunteering, details on opportunities to come. The John Hancock Lodge is sponsoring T-Shirts for all of the student participants. As a club, we have a line item budget to contribute to this out of pocket cost. however if anyone wants to personally contribute to this sponsorship (your name/logo will be on the back of the shirt) please let Erica know. Block Party:
July 27th at Camp Y-Wood in Salem. A fun day outside on the lake with games, dunk tank, & night time fireworks. Tickets will be availbale for purchase and to help sell. All proceeds will go towards supporting the Methuen Special Education Department. More info to follow.
Reverse Raffle:
Scheduled for September 20, 2024 at Merrimack Valley Golf Course, 7pm. Cocktail party.
Joint effort with us and the Mason's. Another fun night to raise funds for a worthy cause, PCD.
Taste of Methuen:
May 22 at 6pm, new location- Lawrence Elks. $40/per person. Our table is full.

Need more fines!
Venmo is being set up through Trudy, had some issues with the tax ID and our charity status but all is being corrected. Currently have a pay-pal for online transactions.
Methuen's 300th:
Next Meeting on Tuesday, contact Erica for details. Budget for a contribution to the event. (vote- 2026 event)
Island & Cemetery Clean-Up:
Split into 2 days, May 10th and 24th, 11-12:30 and then meet up at Muddys for pizza and salad and a quick recap meeting.
