Bocce Tournament: 

Tournament is right around the corner!! We have filled up our lane sponsors and have 16 teams. The menu is set as well. Amy is collecting definite raffle basket donation #s. Watch for a text from her soon. Feel free to reach out to her to let her know how many baskets you are committing (if any) ahead of time. Any members bringing baskets to the tournament, please arrive by 3:15pm. If you are donating baskets but unable to attend the meeting next Friday (3/1) or the tournament, please reach out to Amy or Erica to coordinate.

John Hancock Lodge: Rich and Sam from the John Hancock Lodge joined us today. They are having a MASSIVE fundraising cookout event this summer on July 27th at Camp Y Wood. Mark your calendars!! More info to come soon :)

 

The fundraiser for the heating system at OLGC parish in Methuen is happening on March 16. Please let Amy know if you're planning on attending. Cost is $20 per person. There'll be raffles and Irish Step Dancers entertainment, along with a traditional Irish band. We will be donating $250 to the parish at the event and chatting about membership opportunities. Please let Amy know if you are planning on attending. Flyer attached. 

 

We held a quick board meeting before the meeting on 2/23. We discussed bocce progress, Celebration of Achievement status, and payment for the new Rotary Flag, handmade by Erica's mom, Susan.
