BOCCE TOURNAMENT:

(Flyer attached) Our 10th Annual Bocce Tournament is Saturday March 22.
We are looking to expand our lane sponsors this year. Repeat sponsors cost: $275, new sponsor cost: $300. Sponsors will have banners with their logo's inside the court and can also bring promotional material to the event to be displayed on the sponsor table. Please reach out to contacts or share this need on your social medias to get the word out. At the moment, we have 9 commitments and can take on a total of 16.
After looking through last years expense cost, we have decided to increase the per player cost. The flyer has been update to reflect.
Music Bingo with "Get Down Tonight" has been solidified for a little extra fun for the spectators (and to hopefully attract more spectators!)
We are also be looking for raffle basket donations. Please have your basket # intentions to the committee by March 10.
This year, all teams and tickets must be prepurchased. We will not be accepting payments at the door. Deadline is March 18.

CELEBRATION OF ACHIEVEMENT:

(Flyer Attached) The 15th Annual Celebration of Achievement has been scheduled for Wednesday May 14 at the Irish Cottage. If you have any suggestions/nominees for the "Service Above Self" recipient. Brendan Medugno of Haus of Athletes has been nominated. We are not quite ready to share this flyer, but please save it for your records and mark the date on your calendars :)
WORLD PEACE AND UNDERSTANDING EVENT: Wednesday 2/26, Danversport Yacht Club, 6-9pm. Reach out to Jim and/or Erica if you're interested in joining them for this event.
NEIGHBORS IN NEED:
Neighbors in need are looking for Tuesday evening food pantry volunteers from 4:45-6:30 at First Congregational Church in Methuen. 2-4 volunteers needed to help in the parking lot and with check-ins. This is an outside volunteer situation, so please keep that in mind. Neighbors in Need is hoping that Rotary can commit to one Tuesday per month to send volunteers. Please reach out to Erica if you are interested or need more information.
SPEAKER PROGRAM:
We have decided to reduce the speaker program to once per month due to our own membership numbers. We are shooting for the second Friday of each month, but of course this is flexible based on the speakers availability. Darlene will assign each member a month from now until June. Reach out to Darlene if you have a speaker and need a specific timeline accomodated.

PETS Tim will be attending PETS March 6-8
District Learning Assembly scheduled for April 10th at 5:30PM. Please let Erica now if you would like to attend.
