Weekly Meeting Recap for April 19, 2024:
Celebration of Achievement:
May 14th 6pm. Please plan to arrive by 5:30 if possible. Tickets are ready for sale, please check out the Methuen Rotary website for the link. If checks are to be collected, please have them in hand and submitted to Trudy prior to May 10th.
We will also be scheduling a day/time to plan a seating chart. We will notify you on this ASAP. The flyer is attached, please begin sharing and selling tickets! :)

John Hancock Lodge: Rich joined us again today to chat about some upcomming events and fundraisers.
The "Fun Field Day" (formerly known as Special Olympics):
scheduled for Friday May 17th. Please consider volunteering, details on opportunities to come. The John Hancock Lodge is sponsoring T-Shirts for all of the student participants. As a club, we have a line item budget to contribute to this out of pocket cost. however if anyone wants to personally contribute to this sponsorship (your name/logo will be on the back of the shirt) please let Erica know. Block Party:
July 27th at Camp Y-Wood in Salem. A fun day outside on the lake with games, dunk tank, & night time fireworks. Tickets will be availbale for purchase and to help sell. All proceeds will go towards supporting the Methuen Special Education Department. More info to follow.
Reverse Raffle:
Joint effort with us and the Mason's. Another fun night to raise funds for a worthy cause, PCD. Aiming for a September date. Additionally the PCD Gala, "Hearts of Gold" is coming! Please check out the flyer and consider attending the event.
Taste of Methuen:
May 22 at 6pm. We have promised a table, please let Erica know if you would like to attend.
District Assembly:
Erica, Darlene, Erica, Jim and Trudy attended this event last week. They went over procedure, rules, and are now able to write grants :)
The 2024 District Installation is schduled for June 27th. If anyone is interested in coming, plese reach out to Erica. Let's support our president!!
