(UPDATED Flyer attached) Our 10th Annual Bocce Tournament has been rescheduled for March 22. If you would like to join the committee with Amy, Johnathan Rossi, Tim, Erica and Cathy please let Amy know by Jan. 31 meeting.

Last week, we discussed lane sponsors and the ability to have an additional 8 based on the setup of the bocce court. Repeat sponsors cost: $275, new sponsor cost: $300. Sponsors will have banners with their logo's inside the court and can also bring promotional material to the event to be displayed on the sponsor table.

After looking through last years expense cost, we have decided to increase the per player cost. The flyer has been update to reflect.

We are also working on including Music Bingo with the event for a little extra fun for the spectators (and to hopefully attract more spectators!) More info to follow once the DJ is secured. We will also be looking for raffle basket donations. Please have your basket # intentions to the committee by March 10.

Please share the new flyer with friends, family and on your social media pages, chat with potential lane sponsors, and start building your teams! We are looking forward to another successful year! Main event contact is Amy, reach out if you need info on music bingo and lane sponsorship

(Flyer Attached) The 15th Annual Celebration of Achievement has been scheduled for Wednesday May 14 at the Irish Cottage. If you have any suggestions/nominees for the "Service Above Self" recipient or the Speaker, please make them known by the Jan. 31 meeting. A vote/decision will be made in early February so we can coordinate with both parties. We are not quite ready to share this flyer, but please save it for your records and mark the date on your calendars :)

Neighbors in need are looking for Tuesday evening food pantry volunteers from 4:45-6:30 at First Congregational Church in Methuen. 2-4 volunteers needed to help in the parking lot and with check-ins. This is an outside volunteer situation, so please keep that in mind. Neighbors in Need is hoping that Rotary can commit to one Tuesday per month to send volunteers. Please reach out to Erica if you are interested or need more information.

We have decided to reduce the speaker program to once per month due to our own membership numbers. We are shooting for the second Friday of each month, but of course this is flexible based on the speakers availability. Darlene will assign each member a month from now until June. Reach out to Darlene if you have a speaker and need a specific timeline accomodated.
